TEKSERVE POS, LLC EXPANDS INTO RETAIL SOFTWARE BUSINESS

Eagan, MN – October 6, 2003 – Tekserve POS, LLC today announces the expansion of its POS capabilities with the creation of C-CO Technologies, LLC (formerly C-CO Technologies, Inc.), a retail point-of-sale (POS) software company. The move provides Tekserve POS’ customers with access to leading-edge POS software applications and new POS hardware terminals.

C-CO Technologies’ software platform offers the most advanced network-connected client, server and retail store solution utilizing Microsoft’s COM, COM+ and .NET technology in conjunction with IBM iSeries (AS/400) servers. This provides users with real-time access to their store’s data.
